Retroactive Review 5: Cartel

I was a pretty big fan of “The Ransom EP” (mostly for “Luckie St.”) and somewhat of a fan of “Chroma” (mostly for “Honestly”), but it was news to me that Cartel released a new album over the summer. So, for the latest installment of my series of Retroactive Reviews you can expect the lowdown on their self-titled which was released after a 20 day promotional kick fueled by Dr. Pepper.
